FAQ's:
What is included in the service? Our service includes mowing at the required height, edging the roadway, parking lots, driveway and beds, Grass Trimming all areas not accessible to our mowers and complete blow off of driveways, parking lots, walkways and patios. Of course a general clean-up of site is accomplished.
The only extra charges is on your request, usually requested: bushes shaped and trimmed, weeds removed or sprayed, mulch installed and sprinklers repaired or replaced from age. Our complete list of our services are listed on this site.
Note: Commercial customers all the above is discussed and included in the monthly or yearly rate.
How is your billing set up?
Our billing is sent out on the 20th of the month for the next months service. All monthly fees and extra work will be included in that invoice or statement. Payment is due on the 1st. Late fees and service interruption could start if the payment is past the 10th.
Note: Some commercial accounts are set up individually so that it benefits both company's. Currently payments are made by pay button on invoices sent, cash, check (personal or corporate), Travelers checks or bank check. Payment can also be made thru PayPal on the "contact" page ( please include the 3% maint fees.)
How do we get set up or start as New Customers? Commercial or Residential Service.
It is a Very Easy Process. You call, email or use our contact page on the website Please leave your name and address and a short message of the service you need. We will do a quick research of the property including aerials (online) and a drive by of the property, then call you back, discuss the price, service scheduling and a visit with one of our associates for the authorization of work proposal.
That's it. No more worries or sweating over your property that you've worked hard to keep up every weekend.
